Sales Terms

Minimum order; $50.00

Shipping; A freight charge will be added to orders based on size and weight and destination. We use Aramex couriers, Should you require the tracking number at any stage please contact us and then visit www.aramex.co.nz and enter your tracking number.

Payment Terms

New Customers are on a proforma basis. When your order has been placed an invoice shall be emailed to you. Once payment has been received by Scarlet Ribbons via internet banking goods shall be sent to you.

For approved 20th of the following month wholesale customers, full payment must be received by the 20th of the following month.

Failure to pay may result in legal proceedings and you will be liable for your total account balance as well as any costs incurred by Scarlet Ribbons in the retrieval of your debt.

Returns & Exchanges

No exchange or refund will be issued for incorrect choice or change of mind.
We can provide samples prior to you ordering if required.
